Warcraft II
The Tides of Darkness
The orcs having laid waste to the Nation of Azeroth now plan to move on toward
the rest of this strange, new world. Azeroth's refugees have fled under the leadership of Lothar to Lordaeron's southern
shore. Lordaeron, realizing their world's impending destruction at the hands of the Horde, has organized an Alliance
containing human, elfin, and dwarfish nations. The Horde, intent on destroying all humanity has built ships of war and
crossed the seas to Lordaeron. The Alliance stands on the shores of destiny and awaits the coming of the tides of darkness.
Beyond the Dark Portal
The Alliance finally mangaed to push the vile orcs back
through their portal to the world of Draenor. Feeling that Azeroth would never be safe while the Dark Portal still stands,
King Terenas of Lordaeron sent the armies of the Alliance beyond the Dark Portal to destroy the orcs once and for all.
However, Ner'zhul, the elder shaman of the Shadowmoon Clan rallied the clans of Draenor to his side. As Alliance forces
venture into Draenor, Ner'zhul and his clans plan to bring humanity to its knees, retake Azeroth, and open new portals
to unknown worlds.

This is the first act of my campaign, The Frozen North. After the Alliance defeated the orcs at Azeroth, the Bleeding
Hollow Clan escaped into the far reaches of north Lordaeron. King Terenas feels that this renegade clan must be destroyed
or forced into internment camps, so he has sent the Alliance's finest trackers to the frozen north.
